✓ Strip boilerplate before scoring (voting roster, contact info, footnotes, implementation notes)
Boilerplate patterns are best-effort per bank. Word-diff display always shows full raw text — only scoring ignores stripped sections. v11.3: roster/timestamp stripping now stops at true sentence boundaries instead of the first period — it correctly skips middle initials, title abbreviations, and time abbreviations so it no longer cuts into the following policy sentence. Negation window is 90 chars. Contrast words (but/however) are checked within the same sentence only. Repeated phrasing of one idea within a paragraph is capped. Intensifiers ("significantly elevated") bump weight by 1; diminishers ("somewhat elevated") reduce it by 1 — flagged with ⬆/⬇ badges.
📌 RBNZ shows 7 scheduled reviews in 2026, not 8 — this is intentional, not a missing entry: RBNZ's 8th 2026-cycle review falls in early 2027 under their meeting calendar.
v11.4: Zero-weight matches show "— 0pt" badge. Dissent-only statements no longer show adequate confidence. Countdown drops past meetings immediately (UTC-instant comparison, not date-only). Outcome accuracy stores confidence tier explicitly at log time. v11.5: PWA manifest added — installs to home screen like a native app. Service worker registered for push notifications 30 min before each meeting. Notification toggle below countdowns.
v11.6 (standalone PWA fixes): Manifest and service worker are now real static files (manifest.json, sw.js) instead of data:/blob: URLs — those schemes are blocked or unreliable for install/registration in most browsers, which was silently breaking installability. Service worker now caches the app shell for real offline opening. Icons are proper maskable PNGs with safe-zone padding so Android doesn't clip them. The in-app reminder is honestly labeled "(while app is open)" — it fires only while the tab/app is alive in memory, it is not real push. The notification toggle now shows actual browser permission state and only requests permission on an explicit opt-in click. For alerts that survive a fully closed app, use the .ics export in the meeting calendar — it drops a real OS-level alarm on your phone.
